The app allows users to record various forms of data (photos, text, OH&S, accidents and incidents etc) and easily produce reports that summarise information which has been recorded.

Client Brief/Background

The app brief was to streamline aspects of their internal business processes.

PAIN:

“On our building sites our supervisors are required to carry site diaries (usually for each separate job). This makes things hard when doing multiple jobs and having to write information by hand both onsite and then manually back at the head office. We need an APP to streamline and digitise this process: a diary and reporting system onsite.”

SOLUTION:

• Enable daily real-time reporting without having to attend sites.
• Also to eliminate the need for site supervisors to manually record events/ and transfer to paperwork/excel etc.
